I hope you’re all having a good half-term break.
We’re doing Messy Church on Zoom on this Sunday
1st November 2020 at 3.30pm
Please let me know if you’re wanting to join us, so that I can invite you in, when I have the codes for the session.
For those of you who haven’t done Zoom: Call up the Zoom app and then when the time comes press “join a meeting” and put in the codes that I e-mail to you. Make sure that you check sound and video on your computer/phone/tablet.
If Carol and I have managed to do it, the rest of you should be ok.
We’ll be making cards for the Refugees
Please have to hand:
- A couple of A4 sheets of light card or paper. Fold the A4 in ½ and cut thru to give you 2 pieces of card to fold again to make 2 cards.
Alternatively, you could use readymade blank cards from craft shops like the one in the Morley Market.
- You will also need finger paint, crayons and /or felt tip pens.
I look forward to seeing you on Zoom and seeing what our cards look like. We’ll do some planning about how we will collect them up and send them to Wakefield
To pray, think ahead:
Who do want to pray for –
to say thank you for them and/or ask God to help them?
Remember we can all talk to God about those we love and are concerned about any time.
May God bless you this half-term week and when you go back to school again.
Love from Joy and the Messy Church Team
